Order processing time is currently 1-3 days. Packages ship when the order is complete. If a book is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified.

Domestic Shipping

Ground orders are shipped by the post office priority mail or by FedEx and arrive in 2-5 business days. If shipping to a POBox, we can only ship by priority mail. Priority mail is normally 2-3 days delivery, but is not guaranteed. We will not require a signature for delivery release unless requested,

We do our best to meet the shipping dates provided. However, the availability of merchandise in our distribution center is subject to continuous change. Occasionally, for reasons due to the postponement of the date of publication or release of new products, the delivery date may be subject to change.

If the "ship to address" includes a P.O.Box number, your order will be not shipped.  You may not Overnight or Next Day Air to a P.O.Box number.

International Shipments

Postal Service - 1-3 weeks - no real tracking, minimum $48.00

Postal Service, expedited, 10 days, no real tracking, minimum  $54.00

FedEx International, 7 days, trackable, minimum $62.00

FedEx International, 2 days, trackable, minimum $70.00.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order via e-mail order or phone as long as the order has not been shipped. Once it has been shipped, we cannot cancel your order anymore. Returns will only be accepted in accordance with our Return Policy.

Return Policy

If you are for any reason not satisfied with a product, please call us, e-mail  or write to us within 3 weeks of your purchase, to let us know about your problem. You will receive an Authorization Number and instructions for your return, After we have received and inspected the item(s), we will gladly give you a store credit or refund based on the original invoice purchase price.

If an item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to the customer. However,  it should be returned in the original packaging within 21 days from date of purchase. We will then replace the article with a new one. Should the product show wear or damage upon return to us due to inappropriate handling or packaging by the customer, the refund will be adjusted at our discretion.

Please note that returns of any books containing Cassettes, DVDs or CDs that have been opened - will be not accepted.
